This charming 1950s navy blue cotton two piece skirt set is from popular American ready to wear designer Jonathan Logan and is in super vintage condition with some quirky details. The set is comprised of a sleeveless top and full ankle length skirt in thick navy cotton which each feature fabric coloured buttons in red, pale pink and navy at the centre front. There is a pretty white cotton buckle belt with pink and white polka dot print to consolidate the piece. The top has a rounded collar and is tailored at the waist and the skirt is gathered under the waistband with forward facing pocket details level with the hips. This lovely ensemble has a delightfully youthful aesthetic and can be easily worn as separates if desired. We have recommended a US size 4-6, UK size 8-10 due to the waist measurement, although the top would fit a size bigger at US 8, UK 12. Our model is a UK 6-8 and 5ft 4in (163 cm), both the skirt and top were roomy on her, the top more so than the skirt.
